Terms of Service

These terms cover your use of Mapheron at mapheron.com and app.mapheron.com, operated by Lmara FZE LLC, a free zone establishment registered in Sharjah, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account you agree to them.

What Mapheron does

Mapheron works on your local search presence: it looks at how your business appears in search, decides what to improve, and — within limits you set — makes those changes for you. It can publish posts to your Google Business Profile, reply to reviews, update pages on your own website, generate landing pages and track your rankings.

Your account

You are responsible for what happens under your account, including anything your team members do. Tell us promptly if you think someone else has access.

One person or business per account. You may add team members; you may not share a single login between people.

What you must have the right to do

You must own, or be authorised to manage, every business, website, listing and profile you connect. When you connect a Google Business Profile, a website or a review account, you are confirming you have permission to make changes to it.

You may not use Mapheron to:

• manage listings for businesses you are not authorised to represent
• publish false information about a business, its location, or its services
• write or solicit fake reviews, or offer anything in exchange for a positive review
• filter review requests so that only happy customers are asked — this breaks Google's policies, and the product deliberately does not support it

Automated changes, and your control over them

Mapheron acts on your behalf. You choose how much independence it has — Advisor, Guarded or Autopilot — and higher-risk actions always require your approval regardless of the setting.

Every change records what it did and what the value was before, so it can be undone. You remain responsible for what is published under your business's name. Review what the agent does, particularly in the early weeks.

Third-party services

Google Business Profile, Google Search Console, Google Analytics, review platforms and your own website each have their own terms, and you remain bound by them. If one of those services changes its rules, suspends access, or removes a feature, parts of Mapheron may stop working. We will tell you when we know, but we do not control it.

What we do not promise

We do not promise particular rankings, traffic, calls or revenue. Search engines rank results by their own rules, which change without notice and which nobody outside them can guarantee an outcome against. Anyone who does promise you a ranking is guessing.

We aim to keep the service available and to keep your data safe, but we do not promise it will never be interrupted or never contain a defect.

Payment

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you have paid for. We do not refund part-months unless the law requires it.

If a payment fails we may restrict paid features until it is settled. Your data stays put during that time.

Ending the agreement

You can close your account whenever you like. Deleting your organisation deletes the data it holds, and that is not reversible — so export anything you want to keep first.

We may suspend or close an account that breaks these terms, does not pay, or uses the service in a way that puts other customers or third-party services at risk. Where it is reasonable to do so, we will warn you first.

Liability

Nothing here limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for anything else the law does not permit us to limit.

Otherwise, our total liability to you in any 12-month period is limited to what you paid us in that period, and we are not liable for lost profits, lost business or indirect losses.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you we will tell you in the app before it takes effect. Continuing to use Mapheron after that means you accept the new version.

Law

These terms are governed by the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates as applied in the Emirate of Sharjah, together with the regulations of the Sharjah Publishing City Free Zone Authority. The courts of Sharjah have exclusive jurisdiction.
